Terms of Services
Simple. Fair. Clear.
Welcome to Namaste Deutsch (“we,” “our,” “us”). By enrolling in our courses or accessing our services, you (“you,” “student,” “user”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of Courses
• Namaste Deutsch offers both live, instructor-led courses and recorded, self-paced courses, designed to provide flexible and effective German learning experiences.
• Live sessions provide real-time interaction with instructors, enabling personalized learning, discussions, and doubt resolution.
• Recorded courses allow learners to study at their own pace with lifetime or limited-time access as well as having direct access to instructor, depending on the course plan purchased.
• For live programs, recorded sessions may be provided as an additional benefit for review or revision purposes, but they are not a replacement for attending live classes.
• All class schedules (for live programs) will be communicated in advance and may be subject to change with prior notice.
2. Registration & Enrollment
• Students are required to provide accurate personal and contact details while registering.
• By registering, you agree to attend the course(s) regularly and participate in activities, assessments, and feedback exercises as assigned.
• Students must not share their login credentials or course access links with any third party.
3. Fee Structure & Refund Policy
At Namaste Deutsch, we offer a 3–4 day free demo/induction period to help students evaluate the course, teaching methodology, and suitability before making any payment.
Since students have the opportunity to attend demo classes and make an informed decision before enrollment, all course fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been made.
However, in cases of genuine and exceptional personal circumstances, a refund request may be considered. Such requests must be submitted within 15 days of the enrollment date. Refund requests made after 15 days from enrollment will not be considered.
Students enrolled in a live batch reserve a seat for the entire duration of that batch. As batches are intentionally kept small and new students generally cannot be added after the course has commenced, the reserved seat and teaching resources allocated to the student will be taken into consideration when reviewing any refund request.
If a refund request is approved, the refundable amount, if any, will be determined at the sole discretion of Namaste Deutsch after considering:
Classes already attended;
The reserved batch seat and teaching resources allocated to the student;
Any learning materials, recordings, or services already provided;
Applicable administrative and processing charges.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hallo@namastedeutsch.com along with relevant supporting information. The final decision regarding any refund request, including the amount of any refund, rests solely with the Namaste Deutsch administrative team.
Students who are unable to continue their classes after enrollment may resume their course within one (1) year from the date of their original fee invoice, subject to the availability of batches and course schedules.
After the one-year validity period has expired, any unused classes, course access, or enrollment benefits will lapse and cannot be extended, transferred, or refunded.
We strongly encourage all prospective students to attend the free demo/induction sessions before enrollment to ensure that the course meets their expectations and learning requirements.
4. Time Allocation & Batch Scheduling Policy
At the time of enrollment, students may choose their preferred class timing from the batches available at that time. Students are encouraged to select a batch schedule that best suits their personal and professional commitments before making payment.
Once enrolled and assigned to a batch, the student's seat is reserved in that batch for the duration of the course.
If a student voluntarily discontinues, pauses, or leaves the course after joining and later wishes to resume their studies, Namaste Deutsch will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the student in an available batch.
However, the originally allocated batch timing cannot be guaranteed upon rejoining. The previous batch may have progressed significantly, been completed, merged with another batch, or no longer be available.
Therefore, students resuming their course after a break will be assigned to a batch based on the current operational schedule and seat availability at the time of rejoining.
The right to choose a preferred class timing applies only at the time of the initial enrollment. Upon rejoining, students may be offered one or more available batch options, and enrollment will be subject to availability in those batches.
Namaste Deutsch reserves the right to determine batch allocation, scheduling, and seat availability in order to maintain the quality and continuity of instruction for all students.
5. Code of Conduct
• Respect toward fellow students, instructors, and staff is mandatory at all times.
• Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior during sessions or on our platform will result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
• Plagiarism or any form of dishonesty in assignments or tests is strictly prohibited.
6. Content Ownership & Usage
• All course content, including but not limited to notes, presentations, assignments, videos, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Namaste Deutsch.
• Content is provided for personal learning use only and must not be reproduced, sold, or shared publicly without written consent.
7. Technical Requirements
• Students must ensure they have a reliable internet connection, a functioning microphone, camera, and Zoom or compatible platform access for live classes.
• Namaste Deutsch is not responsible for technical issues on the student's end.
8. Modifications to Courses or Policies
• Namaste Deutsch reserves the right to modify or discontinue any course, or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
9. Limitation of Liability
• While we aim to provide the highest quality learning experience, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes like exam results, language proficiency levels, or placement.
• Namaste Deutsch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Governing Law
• These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, Punjab.
