📜 Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: [21-06-2025] Welcome to Namaste Deutsch (“we,” “our,” “us”). By enrolling in our courses or accessing our services, you (“you,” “student,” “user”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of Courses

• All language programs offered by Namaste Deutsch are live, instructor-led courses, designed to provide interactive and real-time learning experiences.
• Access to recorded sessions is an additional benefit and not a substitute for attending live sessions. Recordings may be made available at our discretion for review or revision purposes only.
• Live class schedules will be communicated in advance and may be subject to change with proper notice.

2. Registration & Enrollment

• Students are required to provide accurate personal and contact details while registering.
• By registering, you agree to attend the course(s) regularly and participate in activities, assessments, and feedback exercises as assigned.
• Students must not share their login credentials or course access links with any third party.

3. Fee Structure & Refund Policy

• All course fees are generally non-refundable. However, in cases of genuine personal emergencies or valid, documented reasons, a partial refund may be considered.
• If approved, the refund will be processed after deducting the amount for the classes already attended, along with any applicable administrative charges.
• Refund requests must be made in writing to support@namastedeutsch.com with supporting documentation. Final approval rests solely with the Namaste Deutsch administrative team.
• We encourage all students to attend a free demo or induction session before making payment to ensure the course is right for them.

4. Class Attendance & Participation

• Regular attendance is critical to successful language acquisition.
• Students are expected to attend sessions on time and remain engaged throughout the session.
• If you miss a session, you may request a recorded class (if available), but make-up classes are not guaranteed.

5. Code of Conduct

• Respect toward fellow students, instructors, and staff is mandatory at all times.
• Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior during sessions or on our platform will result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
• Plagiarism or any form of dishonesty in assignments or tests is strictly prohibited.

6. Content Ownership & Usage

• All course content, including but not limited to notes, presentations, assignments, videos, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Namaste Deutsch.
• Content is provided for personal learning use only and must not be reproduced, sold, or shared publicly without written consent.

7. Technical Requirements

• Students must ensure they have a reliable internet connection, a functioning microphone, camera, and Zoom or compatible platform access for live classes.
• Namaste Deutsch is not responsible for technical issues on the student's end.

8. Modifications to Courses or Policies

• Namaste Deutsch reserves the right to modify or discontinue any course, or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

9. Limitation of Liability

• While we aim to provide the highest quality learning experience, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes like exam results, language proficiency levels, or placement.
• Namaste Deutsch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, Punjab.
